1. Active cancer:

2. Uncontrolled arterial hypertension (BP ≥140 mm Hg):

3. Anemia (hemoglobin below 130 g/l in men and 120 g/l in women):

4. History of bleeding (major or clinically significant bleeding):

5. Kidney dysfunction (creatinine level 30-60 ml/min) or liver failure (cirrhosis or chronic hepatitis C):

7. Antiplatelet therapy:
