Varicose veins cannot be treated in the summer. Is it so?

No, it is not!
Varicose veins can be treated in the summer without any fears, especially using endovascular technologies (EVLA, RFA, etc.) - the treatment will be completely invisible and painless for you. The only procedure that is not advisable to perform in the hot season is sclerotherapy. And all because in the summer, after sclerotherapy, hyperpigmentation remains (areas of darkening of the skin at the injection sites of the sclerosant), which disappear over time. As for open (classical) phlebectomy, it can certainly be performed in the summer, but it will bring you considerable discomfort, because in the hot period, postoperative wounds and sutures heal even worse, after which “rough” keloid scars can form.
The endovasal laser coagulation of varicose veins during the summer is completely painless. Since the procedure is performed without incisions (through small punctures), there is NO difference between the summer and winter periods. In just 1 month after the EVLA procedure, it will be possible to remove the compression knitwear, and your legs will change significantly for the better, after the classic operation - elastic knitwear must be worn for at least 6 months, which creates great discomfort in the summer.
If you want to get rid of varicose veins in the summer, do not despair there is a way out!
