Ultrasound examination is carried out on both limbs in accordance with international standards for ultrasound diagnostics. First of all, it is necessary to control the vessels on a healthy and diseased limb (leg, arm). Secondly, this is done for your safety, since the risk of vascular damage on the opposite side is extremely high, even in the absence of external manifestations of the disease.
